With her roots in a small NSW country town, Kate has chosen to call Townsville home. Having worked in real estate for five years, she takes pride in ensuring that when the day is done, everyone has finished off better than when the day started.

Having been a small business owner before working in real estate, Kate embodies a genuine entrepreneurial spirit and brings that direct, calm and focused work ethic into the First National office every day.

When Kate isn’t in the office, you’ll often find her enjoying time with friends and family. Kate finds therapeutic joy in a good BBQ, and Lee Kernaghan played at full volume.
